Refunds: If you purchase to many of an item don't worry they can be returned unopened to us. We just require a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us at usaborders@yahoo.com for a return number. Or you may call us toll free at 1-877-260-0488 during regular business hours for a RA number. Items must be returned within 14 business days of purchase.

Large Murals: These murals are not returnable once opened.

Defective Items: If for some reason you receive a defective item. Please call our staff and let us know. We will replace the defective item for you and pick up the defective item at no cost to you.

Shipping: Most borders and small murals will ship by Priority Mail. Most larger Murals and items will ship by UPS. Please allow a few days for your items to arrive. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping you will receive an email within 48 hours of the delay.

Our Guarantee: At USA Borders you will never see any order processing fees added to your order. All of our items are factory fresh and will ship with the same lot or run numbers. Every item we offer has a guarantee against defects.
